"I've been a loyal customer at this Walgreens location for years, but my recent encounter tonight around 8 PM, Friday 13, October 2023, with a pharmacist named Mina left me highly dissatisfied. Tonight, I experienced the worst customer service I've ever received at this pharmacy. Looking at previous reviews, it seems other customers are experiencing a similar encounter with Mina. Mina seemed unfamiliar with how the coupons are processed in their system. To my surprise, he insisted on the need for a physical printed copy of the coupon, despite explaining to him that digital coupons can be easily accessed and utilized via the phone number. This lack of knowledge not only caused unnecessary inconvenience but also wasted valuable time. Also, he was very rude, seemed he wants to leave, and customers were a burden. Luckily, the other pharmacist came to the rescue when I told him how I always use digital coupons; she took over and showed him how. She is a five stars! I can't remember her name, but she is tonight the Walgreens hero; otherwise, I would never return to this store. I hope Walgreens Corporate reads this feedback and takes steps to ensure that Mina is adequately trained and equipped to handle customer inquiries professionally and take the time to ask for help. Hence, he knows how digital coupon works at Walgreens. I hope my feedback reminds Mina that excellent customer service is paramount in maintaining customer loyalty. I'm optimistic that Walgreens Corp will address this issue promptly and work towards improving their service quality."

"One pharmacy guy who works during the day on mondays and tuesdays is the rudest person I ever spoke to. Its because of this I am transfering everything to the CVS across the street. He gave me an attitude over the phone saying things like "as i said before-" when the last time i spoke to him was a month ago... which ive since then got my prescription with no issues. Never coming here again. The rest of the staff is great. But if you speak to a guy anytime between 11 and 4? Good luck. Bye walgreens."

"Just got ignored for about 5 minutes when they didn't even look busy then some guy walks up behind me in line and they address him first. It was weird. It was like I was invisible or they don't know how lines work. The guy behind me in line was doing the same thing I was..just simply picking up a prefilled prescription. So I don't know why I was ignored and helped the guy behind me in line first. Then to make it even worse I see another woman walk up to the counter and she was addressed immediately even though the guy helping her wasn't doing anything differently than he was when I got to the counter. So it literally makes no sense that I was ignored."

"Use to go to this pharmacy all the time and most of the time very nice and polite. For some reason after being a customer for years they no longer stock my prescription. Now I have to wait an extra day to 3 days. Going somewhere else now. Not good for customers due to some idiot not wanting to keep enough on hand for regular customers. Fairly sure the lady who was the manager is no longer their. She was the best."

"I have used this pharmacy for over a year and every month they either don’t have the correct number of pills, or have to order the medicine entirely new when I go to fill the script, causing me to wait an extra 4-5 days to refill. I figured it was a fluke the first few times but after 15 months, I am switching pharmacies. Avoid this place if you can!!!"
