"I have waited for some time to review this one as so many stores dealing with supply problems, and coming change of ownership here. But the meat department here in particular, just don't have it. Many occasions, no ground sirloin or ground beef, only ground chuck. On a Friday afternoon at 3:30 no one there to ask, gone home for the day. When there is, it's just, no we don't have any, and walks away. An assistant store manager not much better for other areas. You ask for something, "I think it's on Isle 4", and goes about his way. I would have got fired in my days there for this kinda thing. Aldi can't make changes soon enough!"

"The store was clean and appropriately stocked, however, every single team member had a horrible attitude that there were customers in the store. Mind you, I didn't go in 15 minutes before closing. Their store hours according to Google state they have a 10PM closure time. I arrived at 8pm and left at 9pm and probably listened to no less that 7 employees making snide comments about people coming in. After I finished checking out ( the self service machine I used was by far the friendliest) I remembered that I needed a large 5 gallon tank of Primo water for my water filter at home. I asked the check out lady where they were and she waved her hand and said down that way but that end of the store is closed anyway. In my opinion, if a full service store is open until 10 pm, that means all functions of the store should be open until 10 pm. The comments from the older man at the front were by far the rudest. I could hear him complaining halfway down an aisle when he was at the very front. Even what appeared to be a supervisor was no exception. There was an Uber grocery delivery driver that came in to do the job he is paid to do and she had the nerve to say in a detestable tone that "all of you Uber drivers show up here this late every Sunday night" that's the man's job, he doesn't place the orders lady. This is now a message directly to everyone that was on shift on Sunday November 5, 2023 between the hours of 8pm and 9PM- IF YOU Don't LIKE YOUR JOB OR THINK ITS BENEATH YOU, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD QUIT ALREADY. WE Don't WANT YOU THERE ANYWAYS. NOBODY WANTS TO LISTEN ABOUT POKR ME, I HAVE TO DO THE JOB I VOLUNTEERED TO APPLY FOR. My receipt clearly shows I was there long enough to hear enough."

"We usually have a good experience at this Winn Dixie. Tonight went there for fried chicken from the deli. They were out. They have a sign that clearly states that if they are out, the next one is free. We asked and the gal in the office first started to give us a rain check and said she was going to take that sign down. Then she went to the deli and a worker told her that the deli manager told them that only meant for rotisserie chicken. The sign clearly had a picture of rotisserie and fried but she said that was what she was told. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they had left the store and would not be back for an hour and there was no manager at the store. Apparently, they follow their own rules at this location and not the store policies. Photo of sign attached. Frustrated, we left."

".. i got charged like 8$ for this bag if apples, get home cleaned the apple then go to cut them and this gross jelly substance was inside! -_- usually the store itself isnt stocked with the things you need. always out of something."
