"Horrible pharmacy. GO ELSEWHERE, IF YOU CAN! Zero regard for my 11 month old nor myself. Requiring us to come inside versus the drive thru. “But my baby is ill and sleeping.” “Too bad. You need to come inside and set up your account. She will cry. Oh well””. 1 hour later, medicine is ready. I request cherry flavor as bubblegum makes her vomit. They do an up charge, say they did cherry. NOPE. Bubblegum happened. And she vomited. This place is garbage and the people are too."

"You cannot reach a person at all to inquire about your prescription status. When you call the pharmacy number you’re referred to their voicemail system that says leave a message and someone from the pharmacy will call you back within a few hours. It took one week to get my prescription filled at this location. When I inquired the clerk about the voicemail system, she said it was a decision made by the corporate level across all CVS stores. I called my CVS in Ohio and was able to talk with a person who said it’s the discretion of the store, on how they implement the voicemail system. I’m a very dissatisfied customer as it is very infuriating. you have to wait for the pharmacy to call you back. I foresee customers going elsewhere to get their medication’s filled."

"I love this CVS and especially the pharmacy. I have been going there for years and have always been treated with curtesy. I wouldn't get my shots anywhere else. From online scheduling to receiving the shots they make me feel like I am a VIP! I wish people would take the time to see how hard these people are working. Perhaps they would see what I see."

"A great product selection and visual upgrades to the facility do very little to counter just how terrible the customer service is in store. This CVS is staffed with nurses and workers who are more interested in their phones than answering questions about services. I tried to call in advance to find out but every option sends to voicemail - you cannot get anyone on the phone at this store. Automation runs this store, which is okay if you know exactly what you need. After insisting that the nurse answer us about insurance before filling out the computer questions, we came to find out their insurance policies recently changed and I saved myself the hassel of returning in 2 hours only to be billed at the end of the visit after services were rendered our insurance would no longer cover. Terrible business practices, lazy employees."
