"If there was an option to put zero stars, I would put zero stars. The pharmacy is absolutely nasty and this Walgreens should be the one shutting down not the one on 66 street I’ve never dealt with so much unprofessionalism as this pharmacy. Danielle, the pharmacist absolutely awful and corporate should fire her. She has no manners nor any kind of compassion for anyone."

"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I pick up my prescription every month and no matter what time of day, line or no line, it takes at least 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. They never have more than one cashier working at the pharmacy and one cashier at the main register at the front of the store. For God’s sake, schedule another cashier!"

"Pharmacist is a power-tripping piece of garbage. If you are on ANY scheduled medications, avoid this scum like the plague. Treats everyone like a junkie and will not even listen to the prescribing doctor. I was shocked dealing with the pharmacy here. Pharmacist is clearly upset that they make $60k a year working at the worst pharmacy chain in the country, so they take it out on the patients. Looks down on anyone who takes a scheduled medication. Background: I have been on Suboxone for 9 years. Within that time, I have been sober off all illicit chemicals, gotten an undergrad degree in business administration, and a Master's in cybersecurity. I have a fantastic job and just bought a house out here. All of this was over filling my script one day early so I could go on a week long business trip to meet with a very valuable client. She was rude, purposely tried to sabotage the situation, and even lied to myself and the doctor. Edit: My doctor canceled the Walgreens script and called in a new one to the CVS down the street. CVS filled it in 10 mins, no issue, and the pharmacist there was awesome."

"So that’s 2 pharmacies that I spend a lot of money at that treated me like a drug addict. You know what I’m about to feel like an addict as soon as I get home and have to pull a syringe out of the trash to administer my novelin insulin. Because I purchase my insulin otc and don’t have the money for a whole box of syringes. What disgustingly bad customer service. I’m not sure if I can do it but I’m going to try and blackball Walgreens. I’ve already done so for CVS. Come on everyone let’s give the business back to mom and pop small business owners. These tyrant big store scumbags are played out."

"Instead of putting prescriptions on file when my Dr calls them in, they immediately initiate refills when they are early and not due yet. Then my insurance denies the request due to early refill, and the prescriptions disappeared from my file. When I tried to initiate the refills when they were correctly due, it took days and numerous calls before I was able to get my refills. In the end, my Dr had to call in new prescriptions for the ones that just disappeared. The whole experience was a headache, and the prescriptions disappearing from my file was sketchy. I gave them one more chance, and I seriously regret it. I put in the request for my medication, it has been 2 weeks and it is still not filled. I cancelled the order, and went to a different Walgreens. The new Walgreens said they could fill my prescriptions today, but the other one already charged my insurance even though I never received my medications. Hopefully the new Walgreens can help sort this out for me. This Walgreens should be investigated for their shady practices and fraud."
