"My name is James Solano and I had a bad experience with the pharmacy. An Asian heavy set pharmacy tech or pharmacist told me it's a 30 minute wait. Nobody was in line and I urgently need the medication for relief. I decided to go to come back in hrs. so I could sleep it off. The symptoms got terrible when I woke up and drove myself to the pharmacy. She hasn't looked into my medication or even work on it because she was getting my insurance info and just "found" out that medication is not available in their branch. She made a lame excuse that she tried calling and my phone is working the whole day. It could have been really worse if she made me wait 30 minutes when I 1st got there. She called the other branch and have me pick up at Clearwater. Good thing is that I didn't have to wait to pick the medication. I took the capsule in the car right away. Please stay away from this pharmacy!"

"Whoever the pharmacist that was on duty this evening should be fired!! My mother was denied her post operative meds because the pharmacist thought it was too much. My mother had a should repair surgery due to a full tear. My senior mother was treated horrible. She had to come in after just being released from hospital because my father was told no fill on script. She was just released and had to physically go in to the store. She had difficulty breathing due to the breathing tube they just removed. Shame on everyone that had part in this ordeal. Never should someone be treated this way. PATHETIC"
