"So far so good! I’m in the middle of an install with Dean Schiller and San Juan fiberglass pools. Dean has been good about getting back to me and handling the concerns I had. His crews work very hard and are good at what they do. Waiting on my last inspection before the job is finished. Dean has answered my calls & text and has been available throughout the process. Happy with my decision to buy a San Juan Pool, it’s the best Fiberglass Pool made period. We can’t wait wait to see the finished product!! Will update when it’s all done Update: 4 weeks from the first day of the dig we are 99% done and I’m still happy with the work and most of all the pool! "Was referred by San Juan pools. Dean wouldn’t come to home to look at yard. I sent survey and he said he’d get me a quote. I had to follow up over several days to hear back. He eventually sent me a text with a quote, but it was only a price, no details. I asked him for a full detailed quote. After several days of reminding him I received a text with a photo of some notes scribbled on a paper (see photo). I called to request a real quote and he was rude, telling me “I am very busy and people are lining up to buy my pools” and “ if you don’t like it just go buy from someone else” if this is the way he treats customers in the sales process imagine how he’ll treat you once he has your deposit money in his pocket. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! FYI 2 other pool companies came to my home, looked at my yard, took measurements and provided professional, detailed quotes, showing options and pricing within 48 hours."
