"Just checked in. The front desk staff barely looked at me when I arrived. Instead of greeting me, they waited for me to say hello. Looked like all 3 people were just annoyed to have been interrupted. The air freshener in the building is so overpowering. It gives you an instant headache. And the carpet in the room appears to be very dirty. I will not be bare foot in here nor will I allow my children to be. I hope the staff get more friendly throughout our 2 night stay, but I already can’t wait to get out of here."

"Positive point: it's in Miami Beach! Negative points: several things.. 1)PARKING: the hotel does not have its own parking! The employees at the reception will show you a private parking lot on the same street that costs $40 for half a day!! But two blocks further there is a public, covered, super clean and organized parking lot on 22nd Street that costs $20 per 24h!! What a mafia... 2)ROOM: very very small!! 3) EMPLOYEES at the reception: they do not seem to be very motivated, strange/short treatment. In the morning they enter the room and don't knock on the door first to find out if there is someone inside or not! That is ZERO privacy! 4)TAX: there are taxes of $42 per day that they say is from the government, due to the fact that the hotel is in Miami Beach (they don't tell you when you check in but they charge it when you check out). CONCLUSION: the hotel is pure commerce! To attract tourists, they charge you for everything and nothing, but price and quality is not good at all! I'm honest... with that price I have gone to other much better places, with better services. It seemed unprofessional to me, honestly. I will not come back !"

"My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for 5 nights. It was an awesome location - quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach and 15 min or less walk to some great restaurants on Washington or Collins. One of our favorite spots was less than a block away (Sweet Liberty for oyster happy hour). The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. One night I did wake up a few times because I could hear someone (in another room?) talking loudly on and off throughout the night but I went back to sleep without too much issue (this could have been an issue if it happened every night and I guess it’s pure luck as to who’s in the room next to you). Otherwise it was a great experience. Caesar who worked the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."

"This hotel has a good location it is a 5 minutes walk distance to the ocean, and easy to reach important cafees, restaurants but also to other attraction places and spots! The rooms were very clean and elegant. It is a recent renovated hotel. Very nice!"

"I stayed for two weeks at this hotel. Some things were good, others not. Because of my long stay, I asked for a higher floor. The hotel only has I believe 5 floors and I was on the third. I have never in my life used ear plugs to sleep, but I could not sleep without ear plugs because you could hear everything happening outside. I could hear people's cell phone conversations. I could not believe the quality of the windows given that this is a hotel. I told the front desk and asked to be moved to maybe a corner suite, but they looked at me like I'm crazy and said they have never heard this before, and said it would be the same. The carpets are disgusting and have never been steam cleaned and I could smell them every time I came into the room. The bottom of the bed where there is a space between the mattress and the bed was filthy. I used a lot of alcohol wipes to clean there and it was black. I cleaned and then asked for them to clean, but had to clean after them again. These areas should be cleaned in between guests. I don't get housekeeping daily, but on the days that I did get it, things were not cleaned at all, and I had to ask the staff to use cleaning solutions to wipe down the counters not just a dry rag. The best and pillows were not comfortable. I found these to be the least comfortable at any hotel that I stayed at. The pool was pretty nice, but I didn't really use it as I attended the beach daily. I found a lot of the staff really nice, including in the courtyard and the front desk. The court yard is beautiful. The music was always a great selection, the coffee and pastries were great quality. There is a small food selection. The tea is ridiculously overpriced, $6 US without tax and tip for one tea bag, when you can get the entire box at Public for $4. The AC in the rooms were good."
