The primary letdown was the lack of freshness in both their donuts and bagels, which were surprisingly not as fresh as one would anticipate, even in the morning hours. The donuts, typically the star attraction at Dunkin' Donuts, seemed stale and not at their peak quality. Similarly, the bagels lacked the freshness and taste we've come to expect from this chain. It was disappointing to encounter this issue despite arriving early in the day. Adding to our disappointment was the lack of enthusiasm exhibited by the staff. The service lacked the warmth and eagerness that usually accompanies such visits. A little more enthusiasm and attentiveness from the employees could significantly enhance the customer experience. Moreover, the cleanliness of the store was a concern. It was not up to the expected standard of a place where food is served. The overall cleanliness fell short of what one would hope for, leaving us feeling uncomfortable during our visit. In conclusion, our visit to this Dunkin' Donuts location was marred by less-than-fresh products, lackluster service, and subpar cleanliness. We hope the management addresses these issues to restore the quality and reputation of this establishment, ensuring a better experience for future customers."

"The food was good very good but my medium latte was terrible, very week and super sweet. I could not drink it. Chai latte that my husband ordered was bad too. Maybe machines need to be calibrated at this store."

"My family are avid cold coffee drinkers. We also love Dunkin. But this Dunkin in our own neighborhood is horrible. Used to be the best now nothing is ever right. I ordered the same thing. Every time I go in there I ask for sweet cold foam on top and the last six times I’ve been there either. They forget to do it or they don’t have it or they lie about it because I’ve sent my daughter in after I’ve parked to order the same thing over and they have it all the sudden there are only two people that work in there that have common sense, and every time you go there they never have donuts how are you Dunkin’ Donuts and you never have any. And the store is always trashed. There’s always stuff everywhere behind the counter so after today, going in and asking for the same thing I drink every single time and once again, there was an issue with the sweet cold foam, I am done I retire from going there I refuse I have never been a person to post a review unless I am asked, but this was so deserving. Somebody needs to get a handle on this store. It is ridiculous and the peoples attitude makes it even worse like we are there bothering them , so please whom ever owns this Dunkin get you a secret shopper that goes for two weeks straight and you’ll see what I’m talking about ."

"Noon on a Saturday, out of every donut. When I get to the window they tell me they are also out of the muffin they said they had and gave me other options. We sat at the window for 7 minutes before they came back to clarify the type of muffin again and finally took our payment. We came a couple weeks ago and they were out of donuts around noon as well. What is happening? Are they not ordering enough or what? It’s downhill so bad. Ordered a caramel macchiato and got pot coffee…"

"This is the second time I send in my co-worker to get food she shows the employee the order on her phone and I order a medium hot coffee with cream and sugar and end up with a cup full of cream and no coffee it is very easy order yet you can not get it correct. The only reason we keep going back to this location is because you are the only one in the area but we are going to have to stop going so often because you can not get simple order correct. Very disappointing!"
