"Tried to order off the kiosk in the dinning area, selected the item i wamted and went to check out and the items were not available thru the kiosk. Why are the on there then as an option? Wento the counter to order and ordered the same thing and still got the wrong items. I odered 2 steak/egg/cheese biscuit meals. One with large OJ and one with medium hot mocha. Received 2 steak/egg/cheese bagels with large OJ and medium hot chocolate. $24.16 later and still had the wrong food. Rather frustrating."

"I'm from out of state and this is probably the fastest and most efficient McDonald's I have ever encountered in many trips across the country. I got my food in only about 5 minutes in the drive through! Also, the food is always good!"

"Ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins didn't have sausage on them called and told them . Was told to come back the next day and they would fix it. The person I talked to gave me a false name and the other manager said no one works there with that name and there was nothing she would do about it . Would only recommend this place if you don't care what you get in place of your order"

"******UPDATE! 2 days later from my original review and tried this location again. After 20 minutes they finally brought out my frappe made WRONG again. The ticket clearly said “no whip cream”. Not sure if it’s a reading issue but I am sure I wont frequent this location again. ***** This morning I ordered a frappe with no whip as well as a McGriddle. When the worker brought out my frappe it had whip. I re checked my order to make sure I chose no whip, which I did, so I called from my curbside spot to get it remade. The original worker came back out and got the wrong one and ignored me speaking to her, when she brought out the right one I said thank you again and she ignored me again. To think she had an attitude because she didn’t comprehend the directions clearly stated on the ticket. I got home with my McGriddle and it had cheese I never ordered on it. This location has despicable customer service and the food preparation directions are ignored and the food is mediocre at the very best."

"I don't know what happened to McDonald's or in fact all of the fast food places after COVID. Before they were always on the job, friendly and the wait was reasonable. After COVID and lest I forget the raises everyone got of 14 an hour it's like they think I should be grateful for even getting the food. The workers are rude and really could care less about you or your food, they get in zero hurry and don't care if your order is right. They will close the drive up window in your face without hesitation while your saying thank you to them and just act like there doing you a favor while charging you $30 fir a meal. They need to check themselves and thr bad attitudes at the door."
