"Ordered online said 16 mins to pickup and got to the parking lot and said 2 min and get in to the restaurant the cashier says 30 mins waited a total hr and our order total was for 15 wings one thing of fries two sodas which we fill ourselves. The timing was inexcusable considering we did not walk in and order it was an online order . One of the cooks which was a lady was rude when asking why so long for a small order and the fries were soggy."
"Ordered online and was supposed to be 16 to 21 minutes. My order took 52 minutes. It wasn't even a big order. 15 piece combo. The fries were soggy. The wings were good. One of the lady cooks was rude when I asked about my food, like it was my fault they were busy and were under staffed. On the Sunday of AFC and NFC championships."
"Food is good, but the problem I had was that my delivery order was missing the side of fries. While the staff did offer a resolution, it was basically pick up the fries or reference the receipt when I ordered again in the future. While I appreciated the gesture (and the reason I didn't completely 1* the review), I don't eat Wingstop much and there'd be no point to pick up the fries when I just paid for delivery."
"I went with my girlfriend for the first time and was very impressed. My girlfriend had the boneless wings with the original sauce and I had the Louisiana dry rub and fries. OMG! They were fabulous! The food was served fast, fresh and hot. Delicious!! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this place!... Definitely going back again!"
"Staff was unpleasant and unprofessional, male was sagging pants with red-underwear showing. Not 1 Person wore gloves wile handeling food raw or cooked. I arrived at 10:06pm , I ordered 10 wings and cheese fries.... I Received my food @ 11:49pm. I counted 5 people that came in and ordered after me, not only did they all receive their food before me the staff also cooked and completed 5 new door dash orders before I received my cold soggy food."
