"My husband loved his burger and even my 7yo said the burger she got was delicious. She is more picky so that was a pretty big deal. Our nephew liked his food and we all liked the fries. The lady at the window (we went through the drive thru) was very nice and my husband got the wrong burger so he parked and went in and said they helped him and got him the right order quickly. So the service was good and everyone liked the food we got. Not much else to report!"

"Customers beware!!!! They are now charging $0.69 PLUS tax for the tiny BBQ sauce. They even add it on to the chicken nugget meals! This is ridiculous. They will try to get every dollar you have."
"Ordered a Big Buford Combo and received this ridiculous excuse for a sandwich. The sandwich given was missing the lettuce,tomato, and onion and the Fry's were soggy with grease. When we showed the manager she said it looked fine. The managers and staff at this location are rude and act like your bothering them. If you don't want to work somewhere then don't. Don't take your misery out on the customers since we are the only reason you have a job. This place is honestly the worst fast food chain in Bartow and I'm not sure how they are open. As far as the excellent ratings they get Im sure it's the staff members putting them on Google since this isn't the first time all this has happened. Everytime I come here it's the same nonsense. So if your in Bartow eat at another place there's plenty right across the street and within a mile of this location"
"The food was perfect! Fresh and on point. The staff was very friendly and very fast!! I'm a day late this was on 8-8-2023 in the afternoon. But the last couple times we have ate here it's been a wonderful experience as well!!"
