"I am so angry that we placed an order, the money was taken out from our account, and then for some reason we were told we don’t have an order because we haven’t paid for it? It was clearly shown that the money was taken out. Then the staff threatened to escort the person out of the restaurant with the cops? We have your names and it is being reported. Disputing the transaction as well. No wonder this place is rated so awful. Management clearly doesn’t understand how to treat their PAYING customers. I never make reviews or complaints, so this is just saying how awful their attitudes were. I hope something gets done about this because no other customers should have to deal with being disrespected while ordering food."

"I have been there 3 times since they moved and all 3 times have been really good hot pizza and friendly staff!!!! UPDATE Last 2 times have been horrible so I think it is not going to get better even discussed with person at store and explained about the dry tasting pizza. Probably be my last visit."
