"At 11:35 on 1/26/24 I went the tacobell in Bartow beside Walmart. I just want to say the man working the drive thru is consistently so nice and kind. He really brightens up my day everytime I stop by. I’ve seen him a few times and no matter how busy is it, he ALWAYS has the best customer service. Really hope he goes far:"
"The lady in the drive thru wanted to argue with me when I explained I was missing items from my order. I offered to give the bag back to show her. Lack of customer service is what keeps people from returning in my opinion."
"This Taco Bell is horrible, customer service is absolutely horrible and needs work. Tried to order in the drive through and did not know the name of what was ordering and the lady taking the order got the biggest attitude over it. Taco Bell needs to retrain for customer service. Also half the food was missing and other food was just thrown into the bag not even wrapped. Do better Taco Bell!"
"Great place in downtown for a nostalgic night or to enjoy the greatest decade of music live or DJ, but I always prefer live music. Reasonable drink prices for the location. Parking is difficult to find anywhere downtown, best bet is to Uber or park at Ft. Brooke garage on the hourly side."
