"Very disappointed and will not return. I’ve been to TJ’s multiple times before and never had a bad meal. That all changed when I went earlier this week. One member of the staff, mid 20s or early 30s white guy, was extremely rude and disrespectful. It was obvious the other staff member, a middle aged black lady, was very embarrassed by his actions. She was very nice and I felt bad for her. But the guy’s actions toward the customers were uncalled for. He kept complained about having to make so many sandwiches for an order by phone and the store was getting busy. It was also noon time during a weekday. It was unfortunate that he got so “overwhelmed” from making sandwiches that he caused customers, including myself, to walk out in disgust. Luckily there’s other options in Dade City for lunch because this place will no longer receive my business all because this guy can’t handle the stress of making a few sandwiches."
