"I came here to get gas and a few items total $90 the older woman that worked today with the orange t shirt on the register was so rude I asked here something about an item and was ignored and rushed out felt embarrassed and upset wasn't able to get my receipt either. I know it's busy but customer service is very important and patience is important also I feel if any worker doesn't have those two qualities they shouldn't work there or give them some training to learn it."
"Robert and Kim should not ever work together. Very slow an seem to not get along. I mean Kim seemed under the Influence of something. A lady came back inside because she had purchased ice an the outside freezers were out of ice. Kim went an checked the Beer cooler for Ice if that says anything."
"Will no longer be going to this circle K. Went to get a fountain drink and as I'm about to put soda in my cup I see something in the fountain piece and so I grab a paper towel and rub it inside of it and when I pulled it out it had a bunch of mold on the paper towel. If I could post a pic I would. Definitely thinking about calling corporate bc that is so nasty! Obviously they never clean the machine.."
"The lady, who told me over the phone that her name was "Ti" before she hung up on me, accused me of stealing and cursed at me, so I threw my polar pop cup in the trash and walked out. This is terrible customer service, and I've never stolen. I called back and was told that she doesnt have time to deal with me and that I should be on the clock at work like she is. She is just the rudest employee there and the only time I've had an issue. I've heard from many other people that shes rude and obnoxious, and I don't think she is doing a good job as an assistant manager. This lady should be fired for this unordey and uncalled for treatment towards a regularly paying customer. This store has lost all my sales, as I will NEVER spend my HARD EARNED MONEY here again."
