"The store is stocked well and has a wide variety of clubs, clothing, shoes and all the things one needs for golfing. The only negative is that I was in the store for about 30-40 minutes and no one bothered to try and help me. It wasn’t busy and the staff seemed to not be very busy (restocking, etc.) so I am not sure why no one bothered to ask. I am in the market for new irons and possibly some lessons - no, definitely some lessons - so, I left and went down the street to the PGA Superstore. I will give this store another try soon, but initially, I am somewhat disappointed."

"might as well go to the PGA superstore just 5 mins away from this. PGA is more helpful and lets me hit for free on the simulator. this place petty charges for extra time spent helping. the pro talks too much when giving a lesson doesn't look at the person hitting the ball enough to know how to help them."

"Manager on 9/30/2023 was a complete a**. I walked in the store with 15 min to close and was totally ignored for 5 minutes until I asked for help. I selected a club to hit of balls with since I was trading in two of mine. This manager, Brandon, kept coming to the hitting bay and saying it was closing time. I told him I knew that and I would be ready to check out very soon. Again he approaches me tells me to leave that it’s closing time. I take my new club, trade in the old and proceed with check out. If I hadn’t been ignored initially I would have had plenty of time to make my club selection. Manager walks out of office and I ask him if it’s too late to check out. Of course it was not. There is $$$$ to be made here. Just the unprofessional attitude of this manager will make me never go to Golf Galaxy again. There’s the PGA superstore down the road. What this rookie manger doesn’t understand is that business is about making money and not hurrying to close up shop. I will follow through with Golf Galaxy corporate on this. Update 10-3-2023 According to Golf Galaxy management, it is not their policy to chase customers out when it’s near or at closing time. Customer satisfaction and business profitability are paramount."

"Great Pro (Jeffrey Koos Jr) and staff. Jeffrey offered a free putting clinic at the store. I attended with my brother and then played 18 and made a very noticible improvement. Seriously about 5-7 strokes in putts saved. Thanks Jeffrey! Also got clubs regripped and they felt amazing. Great location."
