"I Love the Good Feet Store!!!!! I purchased my insoles in 2020 and finally while visiting my mom in Florida I took her to the store in Wesley Chapel and Brian was wonderful. He spent almost 2 hours making sure her insoles were the perfect fit. He even refit my insoles and encouraged me when I get home to go back and change my system due to changes in my feet. Very friendly, helpful and the atmosphere was inviting. No pressure just willing to help. Thank you Good Feef Store. My mom is already walking better with less pain."

"I first came here on December 9th and I couldn’t get out of the car without my husband helping me. Then I had trouble walking into the store without my cane. Andre worked with me to fit me with strengtheners and the whole system. I have worn and followed the system every day since then. Now l get out of my car with no help. I walk without a cane and I all over the neighborhood. My knee and back pain have gone away."

"A disappointing experience about my disappointment in the product. Several years ago I purchased their 3 part system. After the first year, the Maintenance arch cracked, and I took it back to have it replaced. When I initially purchased the system, I was told that it had a lifetime warranty. That day, a new sales associate replaced my Maintenance arch with a foam insert, which had a plastic piece for the big toe. I attempted to wear it for almost a month with no pain relief. In fact, the pain increased and the toe nails for both feet fell off. Getting to the location is not a quick trip around the corner, and I felt defeated after I was assured, the newer version of the Maintenance arch would help. Recently, I was talking to another consumer that said this maintenance piece looked like it was missing the main arch which was needed. I went into the store today and was treated as a thief and criticized for not having brought the product in sooner. How can this be my fault when I’m depending on them as the experts. When I initially took the product in, they replaced it with the product I was trying to have replaced today. The male associate that was assisting quickly escalated it by bringing Kristen the store manager over who confronted me and raised her voice, saying, how can you expect us to replace this product if you’ve had it for two years and didn’t bring it to us sooner. Keep in mind I brought the entire three step system with me as well as the receipt. They’re only resolution was to spend $250 which was a result of doubling the price, and then “split it in halves with me“ to replace the insert they never exchanged two years ago, or escort me out of the store! I feel the escalation was twofold, first, it seems their go-to, to address any concerns about their product, is to escalate the issue to get you so upset that they act as if they’re being attacked and put on a production to basically push you out of the store. The second observance I believe escalated the issue they had with me, trying to replace the product, was witnessing an elderly woman right before they helped me, storm out, calling them “criminals” for whatever her situation was when they refused to resolve. Kristen, the store manager is a tyrant and lacks customer service and empathy of your consumers that put their faith and money in your product. Save your money and time. I would not recommend the good feet store, and especially Kristen if you are in need of help for your pain."

"I don’t remember ever leaving a review when I got my inserts but it’s been 2 + years and I use them on my everyday work shoes I stand for 8 hours a day and before I had the good feet store inserts my feet would be in so much pain I had to take ibuprofen every night it was so hard to cook dinner. It took about a week for me to get used to and see a difference but I recommend them to anyone who will listen because it has made such a huge difference in my life. I only for the middle one for $500 . I used to get the $30 inserts at Walmart every 2 months and these have already lasted more than 2 years and they’re lifetime warranty."

"Buyer beware! No refunds. Not displayed anywhere and nowhere in writing. I tried to return them 3 days later completely unopened and unused because my partner was not thrilled with spending 1500 on shoe inserts. They claim the “happiness policy” says no returns. I asked for a copy of that. He said “it’s at the bottom of your receipt”. Which says NOTHING about no refunds or all sales being final. So now begins the dispute process with the credit card company. Absolutely horrible."
