"This shoe repair shop is great! People just don't get the word "repair" I heard this woman ranting about her Coach shoes (I was using the restroom) What an immature woman!!! The owner had every right to kick her out of his shop! Would she behave this way at the Coach store??? Non skid soles are non skid soles...they look good in the pic to me. Be appreciative of a craftsman's work, instead of crying like a baby!"

"I just purchase my boots from coach brand new. I explained I need protection skid so I wouldn’t slide all over the place I’m leaving for my trip. Julio explain all they would do is add a thin layer on the bottom of my boots. I went to pick it up today and very surprised the boot looks different.I can see the shoe was cut and re-constructed not what I paid for. Glue was still left on the shoe and bottom of the boot. They didn’t even try to make it better. I have a video which I will upload of Owner quickly moving around the counter and grabbing my belongings and kicking my bag out the door telling me to get out. Poor customer. Avoid this place at all cost. Business isn’t listed on Better Business Bureau. This explains a lot."
