"Really bad customer service. The employees were unhelpful and rude, and I couldn’t even use my phone number for my rewards account because they complained it would take a long time? Then open the second register what. I had points and could not use them because of that. Great product but I can’t deal with people like this. Will not be coming back here and recommend that people do not shop in store if you appreciate good customer service."
"By far the worst pacsun ever !!! The employee are all kids , they’re rude , they talk about inappropriate conversations , they’re sitting on the counters as some are taking care of customers at the register. They all dress so inappropriate, jeans a bra . No respect , no greeting no hello no nothing. Cursing , playing music with curses , horse playing . The fitting rooms are always closed it’s terrible ."
"The employees were incredibly rude to me and my mom. She was helping me pick out some shorts and we went into the dressing room. The employee told us that we can’t do that but she is my mom and I’m a minor. As we went out of the dressing room, they stared at us as we were walking out. They were also all on their phones and didn’t bother to ask us if we need any help"
"No greet, no smiles, and I’m gonna be a bit of a Karen here but the trap music playing and the employee who was literally wearing jeans and a black bra sent us straight out of the store. Definitely not work appropriate."
"I never have problems here, but this experience was something else. I didn’t catch her name, but the female employee with black converse and hair was very upset because i entered a fitting room without asking. The door was unlocked so I assumed it was okay, and as i soon as i took my top off to try the new one on she started pounding on the door and yelled that “If i wanted to try on clothes I needed to ask for permission first”. I profusely apologized and she stood in front of the door demanding that i unlock the door and showed her what i had. I would like to note that this girl did not look like a manager and even if she was that wouldn’t give her the right to treat anyone that way. I didn’t do anything to imply that i was going to steal"
