"JACEE C BE CAREFUL WITH THIS "MANAGER"!!!!!! Bought a pair of boots on December 15. It did not fit my fat ankles. On December 29 I tried to return it with the receipt. I never wore the boots, it was less than 30 days, with the receipt, and the only thing she could do for me was, giving me store credit, witch does not help me at all as I need my money to find a pair of boots that fits me. The manager was the rudest person ever, her name is Jacee C. NEVER AGAIN WILL GO TO THIS STORE."

"Sales Supervisor was EXTREMELY rude. The most unpleasant experience that I have ever witnessed. The customer was asking for the customer service number for further assistance and she was immediately defensive and condescending. She would continuously shrug her shoulders and pick up the receipt as if the customer did not know how to read despite the young lady stating she understood the policy and just wanted further clarification. She yelled from the employee back door to the other sales associate not to continue to help the customer and not to take any of her stuff. Essentially she was trying to kick the customer out. Coming from a supervisor, this is extremely unprofessional and poorly handled. She refused to give her name to the customer asking to provide feedback saying “she doesn’t have to” when asked. For descriptive purposes, she was the black young lady with curly bob. Perhaps, they should up the age requirement for more mature representation."

"I LOVE this store and it has everything to do with the store manager Jacee and the consistent “going above and beyond” service she provides. She takes personal accountability of ensuring her staff demonstrates the same behaviors. I use to live in S. FL and frequently shopped at the S.M. retail store. They were good but no comparison to the stellar customer service I receive from Jacee. She attentively listens to what you’re looking for and provides options. Jaycee makes you feel valued as a customer. Therefore it’s not just a transaction, every time I shop at the S.M. at the premium outlet store it’s a wonderful shopping experience. Again, I love this store and the employees there…especially Jacee!"

"Janelle the store manager was very rude! Janelle was NOT helpful at all. Poor customer service with her. Janelle was not helping me at all. This store sold me a purse when I got home the strap was broken. Poor material. Purse is less than a week old. I sent the purse back over a week ago I have no new purse no refund. This store does not care about customers. Don’t spend your money here. The manager janelle made my experience even worst. Can’t believe this is how this company is ran!"
