"Great location and very generous staff. Very helpful and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. Modest free breakfast and great free beach chairs (head to 10th street and look for the white shack by the beach). I wish the TV had regular network channels and perhaps slightly smaller furniture to make better use of the room. But all in all, a very nice hotel."
"Beautiful hotel, only 1 block away from the beach and in the heart of the action. Rooms were large, clean, and well appointed. Customer service was excellent, they were very accommodating. Even allowing my party of 7 to checkout late due to cruise embarkation delays at the Port of Miami. Only down side was there was no elevator, but the desk agents carried our heavy bags up the 1 flight of stairs. And there is no parking, but valet service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again."
"Wonderful hotel. Older but well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Great location. Walkable to restaurants, bars, and shopping. 1 block to the beach and chairs are waiting there for us as hotel guests. Beach towels are provided by the hotel as well. Very quiet room. Wonderful outside restaurant just downstairs."
"Very clean rooms, no elevator FYI. Breakfast is typical free hotel breakfast. We stayed 2 separate nights the night before and after our cruise. 1st room 216 was perfect, quiet. 2nd room 209 was very nice, but also noisy as it is at the top of the stairs, facing the street and right next to a busy outdoor restaurant that plays music pretty loudly until about midnight. Bed in 209 probably needs replacing though as it sags a bit. Great location!"
"For the price and location you can’t beat it! Everything seemed clean too! We did only stay one night but I would stay there again! The doors lock at night so I felt safe! And the gentleman that checked us in was very nice! The Italian restaurant was nice and convenient and has amaaazing food!"
