"I booked the Plymouth South Beach for a long weekend. I have been incredibly disappointed with the facilities, the rooms, and the people who work here. Outdated rooms in Miami are to be expected, but the Plymouth goes beyond just an old hotel. Upon arriving in the room, I noticed the bottom of the white curtains were black and the curtains themselves would not open. There was only one side table for a king bed that was in the middle of the room. Hardware (like a faucet handle) in the bathroom was missing. The soap and shampoo was thrown on the ground in the shower when we arrived. We only had two large towels, no hand towels or a bathmat. The floors were filthy and the AC, although incredibly loud, did not work. When paying almost $600/night I expect much more. I originally thought about just switching rooms but the front desk was so incredibly rude when I was explaining my disappointment that I just asked to be refunded for the remaining nights. It was a nightmare and I do not recommend anyone else book this hotel."

"Perfect boutique luxury hotel for our long weekend. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Check in was easy and we were greeted with a free beverage choice of wine or beer. In addition, they provided a free vitality shot. We arrived early around 12 pm. They held our bags while we were able to change into our swimming gear and use the pool to soak up the sun. The hotel is not directly on the beach but a very short walk. Beach access including free towels and umbrellas are provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is heated with ample seating and umbrellas. The pool bar is small but the bartender was very helpful and served up some delicious cocktails. The restaurant on site (blue ribbon sushi) was very good for several meals. Only recommendation I would add is to somehow get a microwave in the room. Overall, we loved our stay due to the very friendly staff, beautiful pool, clean rooms, walkable restaurants/attractions and restaurant/bar. Would highly recommend."

"Just over night to take our cruise tomorrow. Check in was easy and quick. Room is nice. Bed is super comfy! , decor is unique fun boutique hotel. Pool area seemed like a cool atmosphere. Hughes was great…. He explained all amenities, and since we had such a long day and checked in so late he quickly suggested late check out tomorrow for which I was very grateful. He also helped us with our heavy luggage to the next bldg,"

"We checked in for 2 nights, upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff, holding doors for us, handling our luggage. Check in process was smooth, we got our keys quickly. The boutique hotel was well designed, lots of unique touches. Retro touches like a phone room. The lobby was decorated for the holidays which gave it a warm touch. The room itself was located in at the other building. It was clean, not much privacy when it comes to bathroom door. You can hear all sounds from inside. The pool in the courtyard was ver nice, it was surrounded by a bar, restaurant. At night it was lit up with twinkle lights. Parking: $40/day (valet - in and out service - phone app to request). Self parking is around that amount but if no in and out privilege. You pay each time."

"We just checked in. There were no shower accessories in the room (for one person only). We asked for a kettle - they refused us! In the kettle! When 2 children and 2 adults were indicated in the booking. Children don't drink coffee. There is no complimentary water even when checking in. There are no dental cleaning kits, no cotton pads! No cotton swabs! Are you kidding me?? This is a hotel that is included in the small boutique hotels of the world!! Where is your service?? A huge deposit and a lack of basic care?? I wanted to spend the New Year holidays with my family, and faced such monstrous treatment?? And Paid coffee from the coffee machine in the room is just monstrous. Not only that! the reception manager named Isabel (that's how she introduced herself when I asked her name. Most likely it will not be true! She refused to tell me her full details and laughed that she would not provide me with a kettle, they were not in the hotel. Although this is not the case!!!help me solve my problems urgently - is it really monstrous to show such a service and such boorish employees?!!! How can this be done?? I'll have to leave today and go to wherever I can about my situation and your hotel."
