Isaac creates a unique, personalized experience for each guest - I've never had such a high level of service at a beach, while being so nice and friendly. Will definitely come back!"

"Overall, the experience was poor. The hallways are dark with the walls and doors painted black & only ambient lighting near each hotel room. The rooms are extremely slippery as there is tile flooring throughout the entire room. The rooms were TINY and the bed was in the middle of the hotel room… The food on sight is EXPENSIVE and adequate at best. There was only one operating elevator for our entire 5 day stay, the wait times were extremely long and everyone was crammed into one elevator. Staff was pleasant and the location was great otherwise."

"The only good thing is the location … the rest is … Noisy : you can pretty much hear everything in the room (doors slamming, neighbors ) Old : the rooms are small and very old … Need a big refresh ! Overpriced : almost 1000 dollars for a week end ( not worth it ) Food and drink are really overpriced Also the place is surrounding by construction so it’s loud all day ! I will definitely NEVER come back ! Bad experience ! I was really disappointed especially when you see the beautiful pictures from the website !"

"My fiancé and I had a fantastic weekend at the Nautilus Sonesta. The hotel is great—loved the chic lobby, the pool area is pretty, and the beach is gorgeous. The staff were all above and beyond kind and helpful. We enjoyed using the bikes to get around and ordering food and drinks on the beach was so great. All the food was delicious. And great proximity to restaurants, etc. Only complaints are that the beach umbrellas were an additional fee. Our room was small but perfectly nice and clean. Overall an amazing trip and we’d love to come back!"

"We want to give a special shout out to Edwin who was our server at the restaurant. We were extremely pleased with his service and friendliness. My family and I really appreciate his kindness and attention to detail in taking care of our needs. Edwin we miss you! The hotel was well kept, smelled nice and the front desk Staff were top notch too. If there was improvements to suggest I'd say brighter hallway lighting, stronger shower water pressure and more toiletries such as towels and toilet paper. Overall the experience was wonderful. The beach was stunning and the pool was pristine. Our family enjoyed our stay. Le Anne and Monica"
