"Very nice rooms fully furnished. Allows dogs which is great. Parking isn't the greatest but that comes with being in a major city. The owner is very quick to respond and accommodates any needs. Super nice and caring as well. Also keeps you updated on things you can do around the area."

"All in all a good experience. Quiet neighbourhood, accessible parking, very close to nice beach, access to small but convenient pool. What could have been better? 1) Quality of construction was not that good (in pictures it looked much nicer), 2) we were 6 people with only 1 bathroom, 3) noisy ACs, 4) poor security (no front desk, no onsite security) and direct access to rooms from the street with only a digital access code."

"The short version: if you are a light sleeper or are traveling with a baby - this isn’t the room for you. Long version: The room had a lot of potential. The kitchen had great amenities including pots, utensils, a toaster and a knife set. The apartment was clean and decorated in a modern but cozy setting. But, for my entire length of stay - I barely slept. I traveled with my toddler and got unlucky in having the room by the pool. The windows do not close - they are those beach styled windows to “allow a breeze” but all it did was allow alllllll the noise from the property and the street. It was horrible and my daughter and I tossed and turned all night. On top of that they keep their pool lights on all night which blares into the room. The curtains are thin and see-through so your room is bright no matter what. Then there were kids screaming in the pool area after 10 pm and a couple of women smoking by the pool as well even though smoking was not allowed. And all that smoke went into the room where my baby was sleeping since the windows DO NOT CLOSE. This place is affordable but I would never return to place where it feels like im sleeping outside."

"This place is a renovated apartment with nice, modern decor; however over a period of 2 days, which I spent almost entirely in the room, I got hundreds of itchy bites all over my legs. My husband also got some bites but not as many as me. Other issues were we had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels after management did not respond to our requests for more; also management didn't respond to our inquiries about additional towels. Other minuses - the windows are louvered (not airtight) so when people smoke outside or play in the pool (pool area is right outside our bedroom window), the smoke/noise is as if they are in the room with us; also, parking is challenging. Positives about this place are proximity to beach and nice galley kitchen with stove, fridge, dishes, pots & pans (no dishwasher though). Update: soon after I posted my original review, the manager Zac came to our room. He stated the communication delays were due to some glitch with Expedia, and brought us fresh linens, fresh towels, toilet paper and paper towels. He was dismissive of the bites on our legs and tried to convince us it was allergies or a rash. The next day he brought a pest control person to inspect the room who also dismissed our bites as a "rash." The pest control person then said he didn't find any bugs in the room. While I'm certain our bites were not allergies or a rash, I'm open to the possibility that we were bitten by something that came and left rather than something that's infesting the room. Zac was argumentative and customer service wasn't the greatest but - except for the bug bites - it was a decent place to stay and they did attempt to address the issues in my original review, which we appreciate, so I am increasing my rating to 3 stars."

"The apartment itself was fairly nice. Comfy pillows. It was a short walk to the beach and towels and chair provided. For those not familiar with Miami, PARKING was hit or miss. We found a spot right out front on arrival but when we went to the pharmacy at 11pm we had to circle the neighborhood and surrounding streets. There are a few lots within walking distance though. GYM was limited to a bench and a few dumb bells."
