"Clean, comfortable, cozy, and there's a 24-hour CVS drugstore connected. There's also an Italian restaurant inside the lobby. Pool, workout room, room service, and breakfast included. And wonderful front desk service!! Highly recommend this place."
"Stayed here for a few days a couple weeks ago. Had an issue with the AC in first room and the front desk ladies resolved it asap. Quickly found another room and even made sure it worked before we took the key. Front desk staff was excellent. Place is clean and for Miami the price was reasonable. Great location as well. One complaint is the very flat pillows. Glad I brought my own. Towel supply could’ve been more abundant but they did provide when requested extra. Overall, this hotel and staff are worth it!"
"Good Miami mid beach location hotel. Clean corporate room with no major issues to report as all good. On site restaurant seemed popular and included breakfast looked good although we were unable to partake which was nothing to do the hotel itself. Lobby coffee was always hot and pretty reasonable. 1 last point, we arrived early after a cruise and were accomodated with ease."
"We like Hampton Inns for cleanliness and the breakfast however, breakfast here is not up to par. Fresh fruit does not come until after 8 so early risers lose. I can live with the powdered eggs but the pork (mostly bread) burritios are disgusting. We will look elsewhere for our next visit. There are other hotels in the area that we will check out on our next visit."
"The hotels location is convenient to lighted beach access across of the street. There is also a free trolley stop across the street and a southbound free trolley shop one block away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a pool view and was small but comfortable for two people with a king bed. The pool was crystal clear and always clean. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this property and would stay at the same location again."
