"Stayed for a conference and brought my wife with me for a short getaway. Really enjoyed this hotel as well as the room. My wife was able to enjoy the pool. One thing that could use some work is the service. While the front desk crew was fantastic, there are other parts of service that were lacking. For instance I ordered ice to my room twice and never got it. Would love to come back next time I am in town."
"Best resort in Miami Beach. Beautiful rooms and restaurants. Mirabella was the best restaurant that we tried. Old Italian feel with delicious food especially the Caesar salad. Resort is right on the beach. Plenty of pools and bars right on site. Honestly, I like the main pool better than the Arcadia club. I felt the bartender at the main pool made my birthday special. The staff was accommodating. Yes the resort is pricey but you get what you pay for and when in Miami you don’t want to cheap out. I would stay here again and again"
"Great location,nice and big hotel… This place has everything- most popular bar and night club, very good swimming pool area and beach, they participate in Miami Art Basel and playing important role in city culture and events. I can only suggest do not take a rooms with views on city and bay, cause there’s entrances to the night club and bar, so it can be loud at night. There are queues of cars and people coming non-stop until 2-3 am…"
"They have a beautiful lobby and fun history of the 50s and 60s. The atmosphere is much more club and Vegas than class and exclusive. Guest services are shady and not upfront with charges. We had issues with our A/C, hot water and checkout. This is not what I'd expect."
"Had an absolutely incredible time! We went as a family of 4, we really enjoyed ourselves. The rooms and services offered are AMAZING! We were even able to book a BABYSITTER for our kids for one of the nights in our room (they were awesome too!), and we were able to have a date night, just us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot!"
