"Three star experience at a four star price. Will sadly not return. The rooms were worn and dirty with mold in the shower. After reporting problems with the room regarding the shower and safe, even after promised, nothing was done to remedy. The service at the bar in the lobby was inattentive and excruciatingly slow. On the positive side, the location is great. The housekeeping staff was professional and on-time. The private beach staff was also solid."
"Great experience, can't say enough about the hotel. Great pools, wonderful location on the beach and friendly staff. We were upgraded to a loft style room with ocean views which was pretty awesome. Highly recommend this hotel"
"I’m not sure where to start.. From check in to check out, every aspect of our stay was as good as it gets. We were gifted a free upgrade to a room that overlooked the ocean, a bathtub that looked like it should be in a movie, and a bed that was hard to leave. The facilities from the lobby to the pool to the Oceanside restaurant were great and don't get me started on the staff. Lovely to deal with and hard working. Our guy Juan made sure we had everything we needed on the beach, was doing the work of 5 men and remembered our names each day. We will be back!"
"This was a divine experience for me and my guest. We were upgraded upon check-in to a beautiful oceanfront room. And then we took advantage of the complimentary late check-out at 12 pm. Being able to use the facilities after you check out is so nice. The pools were great despite some mid weather. Hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and the room clearly had been recently renovated. They also have purified water stations throughout the property, something every hotel should add!!! There are vegan food options, but very slim. Pack breakfast and prepare to eat dinner offsite."
"This a wonderful gem of a hotel. I stayed there for a night for less then $500. They put me up on the 21st floor with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It really was a neat experience to a have a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful ocean view and feeling that nice ocean breeze."
