"GENERAL MANAGER IS RACIST. Disgusting service from people in the store. Did not feel safe and the prices are no different. The higher ups talk horribly about the associates and no one seems to be treated fairly at this store. Systemic racism is clear."
"I came into your store to exchange a defective pair of shoes. The shoes were labeled as the same size, but when my son wore them the first time he realized that one shoe was significantly smaller than the other one. It appears the shoe must have been mislabeled. When I brought the shoes back in and explain to your employee/manager - Madison - what happened she was v the shoes were worn outside once she couldn’t exchange them because she couldn’t sell them to another customer. I explained to her that I don’t believe they should be sold to another customer seeing as they were a defective item, but she was completely dismissive and refused the exchange. She instructed me that I needed to call the customer service hotline. When I called customer service (phone number provided by your employee) they informed me that your store is not authorized vendor therefore they do not handle customer service with your store. Very frustrating since I already drove 30 minutes to your store and then was treated rudely and given incorrect information on how to try to resolve the issue."
