In all of Orlando or any where else I have never experienced a more rude and disrespectful receptionist. "Great new hotel in the Lake Nona area. Love the wide open and eclectically decorated lobby. We went there to break in the bar. Bartenders are fantastic, excellent makers of drinks. They also had live music. Looking forward to this blossoming in 2024."
"Brand new hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side, with only 2 tiny drawers and a few hangers that weren't out of view. If you've stayed at a TRU by Hilton, they're comparable. The new finishes and modern minimalist style are excellent. Best yet is hard floors, comfy beds. Will say that the TV mounts need to swing out further to allow the TV to swivel more, but it's a great hotel."
