"We spent two nights here recently. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything from the valet service to poolside service to the smart toilets in the rooms! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to a friend or professionally."

"This is a beautiful hotel, we had a gorgeous suite on the 17th floor. The day we checked out we had lunch at Haven after and waited in the for the car to take us to the airport. My husband sat on one of the couches in the lounge by the bar and my son and I walked over to play a round of Jenga with one of the sets we’d seen a number of other people playing the day before. It was not a busy time of day and had a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere prior. While over there setting up the game, another couple and their kids came over and did the same. Maybe 5 minutes after sitting down a man went over to the concierge counter nearby looking at us and spoke to the manager who looked our way conspicuously as well, which was uncomfortable. A minute or so later she came over and curtly asked if we were guests at the hotel. I said that we’d just checked out, eaten and were waiting for our transport. I asked if the games were not for playing with and she said no that was fine. I asked if that man had complained about our presence and immediately realizing how rude she had just been and tried cover herself to say he was just inquiring if she had helped us adequately. I said that if our being in the lobby after checking out of our suite was an issue we’d be happy not to come back. She said that would not be necessary and walked away. She did not interact at all with the other family who left as soon as they heard the way she spoke to us. Had there actually been concern about whether or not we’d been helped she would have simply asked if we’d been helped or needed anything. It was extremely uncomfortable. An otherwise lovely stay unfortunately tarnished by a simple interaction of very poor customer service."

"Was nice but for the money I spent , gaylord was cheaper and much nicer of a stay even west gate resort was a better option. No hot tubs only 1 pool. I even called and asked before the stay lady said yes we have a hot tub , Will never stay here again."

"This hotel is nuts, coined the most technologically advanced hotel in the world. I didn’t satay. I only had a business dinner at Bacan (Latin American), one of the hotel’s four restaurants. The hotel is covered in View Glass with AI-driven tint adjustments that changes tint throughout the day, offering a better circadian rhythm leading to better sleep. Equipped with smart beds, each guest can control the firmness and temperature of their bed. You can even set an alarm on the bed that will gently rock you awake in the morning. The lobby is technology forward with a huge wall adorned with over 300 modern and contemporary art pieces. Will definitely stay out here when convenient."

"A gem of a hotel amidst a literal sea of hotels. In a city brimming with hospitality brands and properties, it can be hard to find a place that feels unique and isn’t also attached to a theme park. Wave is none of the things you’d associate with an Orlando hotel. It’s clean, modern, and has its own personality. There are excellent restaurants, great views of landing and departing planes, and one of the coolest sculpture gardens outside of Europe. It’s a real treat to visit this place."
