Bentley Hotel South Beach

"Room is good. Bathroom could use 2 vanities instead of one. Shower pressure is low. Would be nice to have a dresser. Indoor plants decor not practical. Location is truly the best. Front desk friendly and prompt. Will stay here again. Very short walk to the beach."

"I loved this hotel. It’s in a great location on Ocean drive. Especially, I liked great customer service! Hotel staff are very friendly & attentive. Assistant manager, Mr. Morales & concierge, Mr. Ceser are the best! They have also free beach chairs to borrow & 1 hour complimentary champagne service at lobby in a day. Highly recommended:)"

"I haven’t had such superb and spectacular service in years. William and Eric are absolutely phenomenal! The Bentley is so lucky to have these treasures. All the other staff was magnificent as well. The attention to detail for breakfast and champagne hour… just blown away. The room was stunning. The location was perfect. I actually cried while leaving because we had such an amazing time. I don’t how I’m going to vacation anywhere else because they have set the bar at an all time high."

"My wife and I went to this hotel on our honeymoon and we loved it. It inspired us to stay another day. The staff was absolutely amazing and on point with everything. We actually created a relationship with the manager Mr. William and he was someone we will never forget. If you want a beautiful experience right across from the beach with everything nearby, this is the hotel you want. This is a 5 star hotel."

"Location: Our choice of accommodation was influenced by its strategic position on Ocean Boulevard, situated at the far end. It's merely a 2-minute walk from the beach. Room: We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and modernity, as the hotel was currently undergoing renovations, and this particular room had already been updated. Service: The individuals at the front desk always were polite and friendly. Overall customer service was great. No complaints here at all. Facilities: Unfortunately, the swimming pool was temporarily closed due to ongoing refurbishments. Additionally, the breakfast area is relatively small, with a limited variety of food selections, lacking in luxury amenities. Probably the only negative about the hotel. Overall: If your preference leans towards a luxurious 5-star resort experience, this may not be the ideal establishment for you. Nevertheless, the unbeatable location and the value for money provided make it a place definitely worth considering."
