Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach

"Had a room with a great view. But it was very loud from interior noise as well as exterior noise from many sources and directions. Ear plugs helped for sleeping. However I did a video meeting on my laptop from the room and sounds from outside (pounding music, street, cars, people talking on balconies, etc) were so distracting that people noticed I wasn't focused. Hotel is generally nice but the amenities are oddly located, such as the pool you have to go out to the sidewalk and then key back in to the adjoining outdoor area. Don't plan on getting any sleep before midnight or 1pm, the noise is that bad. That may only apply to certain exterior rooms but certainly did to the one I stayed in."

"Where do I begin! The hotel is in the best location. We stayed for overnight as we were going on a cruise. Service was amazing, room and view were unbelievably gorgeous, and the location was a ten out of ten seeing how you're right on the beach. You get access to the hotels beach loungers and servers on the beach for all your drinks and food needs while you lie back, relax, and enjoy the views. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and what comes with that is free upgrades to any available room as long as they aren't busy. Let's just say the upgrade was amazing! (one bedroom ocean view suite). Thanks, Hilton Bentley, for providing a relaxing and amazing stay, even if it was just for one night!"

"Not a bad hotel. Just so severely overpriced. $700 a night. Hilton gives great value through its honors program and brand credit cards. Through those programs I was able to get the room discounted to a net $400 a night. Was it worth it? I went during the winter, so no. During cold months, I recommend staying downtown. BUT if it was the summer time? ABSOLUTELY. Location is on 1st street, just outside all of the hustle and bustle. An easy walk to 5th street, where the party on Miami Beach begins. If I could get my Hilton Honors discounts during the summer, I would absolutely stay there again. Pro Tip: If you like to take baths, get the Deluxe room!"

"This is a very nice Hilton and the service is top notch and so very nice! Perfect beach location and walking distance to many restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. The drinks are pricy so we just mixed our own drinks and took our cooler bag to the beach with our yetis. The beach chairs were very comfortable and clean. The only cons were the air conditioner ran all night but never got lower than 73 degrees Fahrenheit in the room and wifi is super spotty. Will stay here again!"

"I stayed here for two nights with my 5 yo daughter. We had a great stay. I love this location. Close to the hotspots of south beach, but just off the beaten path of crazy… and still right on the beach. The room was wonderful (1 bedroom king suite) except the windows didn’t open. Special shout out to Andre at the front desk who was a perfect blend of kindness and professionalism. He offered us a new room for our second night, but packing up and moving seemed like a lot , so we stayed in our very comfortable room. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The happy hour offered some of the best value I’ve found in a high end Hilton in a major city. I had a misunderstanding with my Hilton Diamond food credit and Debra accommodated me thoughtfully. Good pool area. This is an expensive hotel, a little higher end than others I’ve stayed in on the beach, but it was worth the extra for me. Highly recommended."
