"We stayed two nights via an Airbnb. Good experience overall. The rooms are a little thin and you can hear the guests walking through, but nothing an overhead bathroom fan cannot drown out."

"Our experience was not that good. Their service is slow and some of their staff were rude in the breakfast department! First, we had booked two rooms and two of our family members were high in fever! They didn't let us take the food we paid for to the rooms to them! Our main concern was not to let the guests in the breakfast area get infected as this is the flu season! If we are thinking this the hotel's priority should be that! I haven’t seen this anywhere! This is the last stay we are having in this chain!"

"I stayed here about 5 years ago and it was so wonderful that I booked again. I’m currently staying here. Today is dec 14, 2023. This place has become horrible. The breakfast options in the morning are now limited and dried out. Most of the staff is not helpful (due to language barrier). The maintenance staff doesn’t do their job. This place has gone drastically down hill. I’m over this place and ready to check out today !! The only good thing is it’s close to theme parks and small conveniences."

"The hotel is decent and the staff is friendly. In our room, there were no bed bugs or roaches as I've seen mentioned in other reviews. The breakfast is fair; they switch up the food daily (waffles, pancakes, etc.), but the coffee could be a bit better. There's plenty of parking space available, and there's a Tesla Supercharger just 3 minutes away. The location is very convenient if you're visiting Disney World or Universal. Also, they charge $5 for each package received by mail. One odd thing that I've never experienced at any other hotel was that upon checkout, they tried to charge us $20 to store our luggage (4 pieces) for a few hours, which we declined and took our luggage with us."

"I have to be fair and say that the hotel has an excellent location, plus good value and a breakfast that was decent. Now, the truth, the entire hotel had the strangest and most disgusting smell ever and our room had bedbugs (but wait I cannot say this until they call an expert). When we went down to the front desk the first night to complain, we were told they had no rooms available (see, the parking lot had a maximum of 15 cars in a 200+ room hotel). A while later, we were offered a room with only one bed (for 3 people) and no light. The next morning, we went back to reception and apparently the guy did not like that we made the claim, even if it was in the nicest way possible. When we went upstairs, he called us by phone and told us that if we wanted we could leave and he would give us a refund for the missing nights but that they had to check first with a company of experts that what we said was true (even if I had a video of the bugs in my bed) and this was zero viable because obviously we were not going to find any place with such short notice at a good price. In the end, they provided us with no solution, didn't even make the attempt and now I'm writing this from a bed full of bedbugs bites and probably with a plague in my house."
