"Hotel was great. Very clean. Staff was so friendly and polite. Personally I would have preferred less warm breakfast options and more healthier options such as a variety of fruit, muffins, etc. Toast station was always so busy so more stations are needed. I could tell they were making changes throughout the week to try to improve the flow which was appreciated. We booked here for a family vacation, the hotel was booked when it was a previous owner (common hotel chain) and we had never heard of Pestana before, we were assured our booking would be transferred over without any changes. Our stay was wonderful, would definitely stay again. Lots of pamphlets in the lobby with local attractions which was nice. Rooms were very nice, room service was daily. Staff were wonderful to help with anything we needed."
"I WAS ROBBED BY THE HOTEL ITSELF I PAID FOR THE HOTEL IN CASH, AND THE CHARGE ARRIVED ON MY CREDIT CARD. I CALLED THE HOTEL AND NOBODY WAS ABLE TO HELP, IT GOES TO ONE WHO GOES TO ANOTHER. RIDICULOUS!!! I HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK NOT TO PAY, HOWEVER THIS TAKES 60 DAYS, IN THIS TIME I AM PAYING THE CARD FEE BECAUSE I AM IN DEBIT WITH THE BANK. RIDICULOUS HOTEL, BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GIVE YOUR CARD."
