"This place is a roach motel. I had to wash hotel sheets before I left to get my deposit back. I was told to wash them by the hotel staff. They still didn’t return it because I checked out 5 mins past 11:30 am check out. The manager is a joke. He may be a coke head. He’s verbally abusive to guest. Oh and it’s infested with roaches."
"This was the worst hotel I've ever been to and I have traveled through 23 states in the United States. Please, no one go here they are a scam. They have fine prints on a piece of paper that you sign stating. If the towel gets stained you will lose your deposit. I lost my deposit .the money I was going to use to feed my kids because of a stain from them,Not coming and cleaning my room for the whole Time I stayed there. So I had to use my towel to clean up dirt. This is an abomination to the hospitality industry. I recommend no one come here, please. It's a waste of money. I will never come back here ever again. They are thieves. They do not care about their company in no shape or a fathey. Only care about your money. That is not the meaning of hospitality. Please"
"The booking was easy at the desk. The workers are very efficient and kind people. But the people who book or live around the area are very sketchy. A lot of peeping toms… so i have heard from one person who was booking at the hotel. There was wet, soggy, and moldy hand towels everywhere to go up the stairs for the second floor. There were dead cockroaches near the “kitchen area” and then piss stains on the bed sheet cover. There were people screaming in the middle of the night and banging on the doors, even in the morning!! Very uncomfortable and very out of place. Throughout the whole booking, for only a few hours. I know that I will not come here ever again."
"Be careful!!! Upon check out they will try to keep the required deposit of $50 for any reason. Been here twice and the first time they took my deposit for a ketchup stain in the second time I checked out early and she basically told me I had to come back and get my cash deposit on the day of my check up because they didn’t have anyone to check the room when I informed her that I had to catch a train that night because I was only here to see my Mother she stated there’s nothing I can do for you you’re gonna have to spend the night I end up calling police and she eventually ended up giving me my deposit back"
