"I have been coming here on an off for years since 2016 and have always enjoyed my stay. My room was always clean, whenever I needed anything done such as repairs it was done quickly. I love the staff...GM Joamie is absolutely amazing and very kind, understanding and helpful. Maria from the front desk is awesome as well, very outgoing and compassionate. Assistant Manager Elijah is wonderful, very attentive, kind, and dedicated to helping his residents. Moe from housekeeping is EXTREMELY awesome at her job, I have seen her clean these room, and let me tell you, you would never know someone was in the room previously when she's done cleaning. Last but not least, Kineta from Night Laundry, she is very knowledgeable, hard working, dedicated, kind and compassionate towards the residents. I love this property hope it only gets better. This property is always my location of choice and always will be my home away from home."

"Place is older but well kept. Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help. The pet friendly policy is a wonderful benefit that most places say they have but hold a deep resentment towards pets but not this place. They get to know your pets and welcome them as much as the owners."

"Do not stay here!!!! Disgusting rooms. Terrible customer service. They didn’t have anyone to check us in late. The only worker would not even answer the door to tell us that. When another guest let us in the only worker we found was very rude and should not work in any kind of customer service. She proceeded to be nasty to a child. She was looking for a fight."

"Terrible experience. We arrived late and they didn't have anyone working the desk to check in. They wouldn't even open the doors to tell us. Other guests let us in while they tried to talk to a worker. The lady behind the desk was extremely rude. The other guests told us they had tried 2 different rooms. Both were filthy. After they left we tried to talk to her and she said she didn't work the desk and couldn't help us. We could not check in. We would have understood that but she was rude to my wife and I then when our teenage daughter tried to ask her something she told her to learn her place little girl this is a adult conversation. You shouldn't be talking. We obviously left and are waiting to get a refund since we had to go find another hotel."
