"I think I am one of the rare customers to have bad experience with this hotel, if reviews are genuine. This hotel was not able to provide me the type of reserved room which I booked when we arrived stating they were overbooked. Next day, I had to remove my luggage, place it in their luggage room(which is a server room too) and collect my bags back when I arrived at the hotel on the second day. They were confused whether my bags were delivered in the room on the second day, so I have to go to the new room and come back downstairs again to help them find my luggage. So long story short, they without my consent upgraded my room for the second and third night but are unwilling to refund the first night which was promised upon my check-in as they were not able to provide me the exact room I booked for. We had to face inconveniences as they provided room with two small beds instead of one king size bed and we were travelling with a child. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was average(not good for people who are vegetarians, limited options for vegetarians and too much contamination between veg and meat items). The locality was fine but parking is very limited. So when the hotel is full, you might have to wait for an available parking or choose to park on the roadside. I would not book this property again because of the lack of communication, non-transparency by the hotel staff and not giving preference/importance to customers traveling with family and kids."

"Great hotel so close to universal with many amenities around. The rooms were clean and spacious with everything you need. Teresa at the front desk with amazing at her job. So pleasant, friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door."

"Service was great. The employees were all helpful and courteous. Very close to universal/islands of adventure. Have a shuttle. Breakfast was pretty good and nice variety. Had a stroller delivered there and it was quite easy as well. Only negatives are we found a few sugar ants in our room and there were a few loud dogs in other rooms. Wish they kept pets on certain floors but wasn’t a huge deal over all. Would stay there again."

"EXCEPTIONAL hotel. This hotel is simple yet provides 5 star quality. We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the free breakfast offered good options, the shuttle provided 3 morning trips to the parks (7.40, 9.00, 10.45) and 3 evening trips from the parks back to the hotel (5.20, 6.40, 8.00) reservation required during weekends and peak season. The rooms were very large, spacious and quiet with a good kitchen and bathroom. We recommend this hotel over universal hotels. We stayed in endless summer and it was a 1 star compared to this. This is truly a hidden gem."
