Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista

"The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and as expected for a 3-star hotel. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the front desk staff used my personal phone to send a text. They have access to our email which they could have used for professional communication. This started my trip with having to explain "I don't know any Nicole" to my wife. Other than that, the staff in blue shirts were all amazing."

"Clean and updated hotel that is close to everything! It was only a 10 minute ride from Disney, and it’s in a great location with tons of late night food options after a long day. The breakfast was great and all the staff was very kind! Haylee at the front desk was the best! Highly recommend this hotel after a Disney stay when you’re traveling on a budget and want somewhere clean, nice, safe, and updated!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel on 29/10 - 13/11 2023. Our room looked exactly like it did in the pictures, it was nice and clean, so was the bathroom, and beds were comfortable. Iron, ironing board, and hairdryer provided in the room, along with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast had the usual choices, with some different options offered each day, along with a make your own Mickey waffle station. There's also a 'shop' located next to reception that had plenty of choice for snacks, drinks, and microwave meals if you needed. Every time we've been to Florida we've stayed on Palm Parkway so know the area well, it's a great location for access to Disney and Universal, with Kennedy Space Centre being just an hour away. There's also plenty of food options within walking distance or 5-10 min drive. This was our first time staying at this hotel, but it was better than the one we usually stay at for the same price. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip. The only negative I had was that our room was for 4 people, but we struggled for space to store our clothes for just 2 people. It would be less of a problem on a short trip, but we were there for 14 nights. Some additional clothes storage space would be good."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista in October! Our room was extremely clean and fresh. The furnishings in the room were well maintained as well as in the rest of the hotel. The complimentary, self-serve breakfast was continuously being restocked with an expansive menu of items during the generous morning hours. Erika at the front desk was so pleasant and informative. She directed us to local points of interest while the others in our party visited Disney World. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Orlando area!"
