Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown

"Parking Frees $34 a night. There is zero self parking at the hotel. Make sure you add that to your stay each night you are there. We found that out when checking in. Great surprise. Not sure why Hilton didn't inform us before I booked the stay. I will be calling Hilton tomorrow to let them know that. I will be canceling my Hilton membership tomorrow. And I do not believe that i will be booking any stay at a Hilton in the future."

"Fabulous location and staff! Very attentive to anything I asked.Our room was spacious, clean and beds were comfy. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants. We were in town for a college bowl game and I felt totally safe in this area. Would definitely stay again!"

"Corner Room 650 one of the most spacious hotel rooms I ever seen and immaculately clean. The Room Service Girls were Amazingly Sweet and So very Helpful. Breakfast Sandwiches were pretty decent on the 2nd floor but closes down too early at 9a.m. ( HINT: You have to take the stairwell from the 3rd floor because your room key will not allow Hilton Garden Guest elevator access to the free Breakfast mini buffet) The free breakfast is for the guest staying at the other hotel that shares the same building with Hilton Garden. Either way it good but not Muhammad Ali kinda Great.. but still good."

"This hotel was conveniently located and extremely clean. All employees were friendly and helpful, there were 3 elevators which meant no waiting, the hallways were clean and well lit. Everything was freshly updated/new and nicely decorated. There were no bad smells. The room looked brand new. I liked that the bathroom used large refillable bottles attached to the wall instead of those wasteful tiny bottles. Even though there is a sign in your room that says your room will be serviced every other day, we did get service on the 1st night which was a really nice surprise. You really couldn't ask for much more in a hotel these days! Only very minor negatives (I hate to even call them that but they are important things to know for some people)- valet parking is $32/night. They don't offer official self-parking but there is a lot around the corner (very close) that is like $10/day, so not bad. Breakfast is not included but they do have a bar and restaurant. The door to the bathroom is just a slider, sort of like a barn door, not a pocket door, so there is very little privacy in that regard. Other than that, perfection!"

"Our room was very clean, nicely decorated and big. We did have a problem with the lights by the bed not working but that was the only issue we had during our stay. They even let me check out a day early and didn't charge me just so I could make my radiation appointment on time. Thank you for that. It made it much easier. The only complaint I had was the breakfast buffet. If you are going to charge someone $20 for a buffet make sure you have more than just eggs, sausage and potatoes. Needs improvement. Look for our reservation for the next EDC."
