"I live here full time and I love it! It is a great community and since there are vacation rentals on site, it’s so fun meeting new people all the time. Family members recently rented one of the guest houses and it was wonderful, completely clean and so comfortable."

"This is my third time visiting this tiny house community, and I absolutely love it! This stay specifically was in the "Sunshine Lake Shack", which was beautiful! It had a loft with a bed, as well as a bed on the ground floor. It had a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as a back porch with a cool roll over door! At one point we noticed the window on the roll over door was missing it's curtain (a previous guest took it with them, not the fault of the owners at all). We contacted the owners about it, and they took time out of their day to come find a solution for my partner and I. Amazing overall, and I can't wait to come back and stay again! I'd give a hundred stars if I could!"

"Our family stayed at the clubhouse because a tiny home was simply TOO tiny for us haha! The tiny homes would be great for one or two people but if you have more you'll definitely want the clubhouse. The property looked well-maintained and had a beautiful view of the lake. It's a bit tucked back off the road so it was nice and quiet. There are plenty of chairs out to enjoy the lake, plus kayaks and other activities. We would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Rich for being so kind and accommodating!"

"Overall, we loved our stay at "The Ritz". The view of the lake from inside the unit is tranquil. There are plenty of windows, so the unit feels bright and welcoming. If you need darkness to sleep at night, I recommend bringing a sleep mask as some of the windows do not have blinds, so the lights from outside may disturb you. There were only 2 of us, so the unit had plenty of room. If you are planning to go to Disney, this may not be the best stay for you as it is a 40 min drive. Universal is closer (around 25 min). I would recommend staying here if you just want to chill and unplug. There is a cute communal firepit area. As much as we loved our stay, there is definitely room for improvement. In terms of cleanliness, I would only give the unit a maximum of 3 stars. The floors were sticky, the kitchen sponge looked so grungy it felt like it would make the dishes dirtier if we used it, and there was mold in the shower and bathroom. We didn't have any hot water on one of the nights, we think it is because the temperature dropped and the geyser couldn't keep up. This was most unpleasant because a warm shower was exactly what we were needing to help warm up from the chilly weather. This unit also didn't have a nice outdoor deck or seating area like some of the other units. It only had an old-school, uncomfortable concrete picnic table. So not the greatest for enjoying the peaceful lake atmosphere. All and all, we hope to come back here one day, but plan to try a different unit and hope by then this review may have helped improve the cleanliness of the houses."

"We had a lovely stay. The service was wonderful and very friendly. All the staff including the cleaners were so helpful and accommodating. We stayed for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the lake and all the critters that also come to enjoy it. You can bbq, kayak, rent a boat, use the the volleyball net, and our tiny home even had skewers provided for roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The only downside for us was the surrounding area, which wasn't close to any of the major Orlando attractions. However, if you drive or can catch a bus, it's not really a big deal."
