Best Western Orlando West

"This place is disgusting. It smells like pee. I tried to reach the office but the young lady working here was not answering the phone. I can’t sleep here. The bathroom is particularly gross, as there are crusty I don’t know what on the toilet seat and splatter stains on the floor. The beds seemed good but I can’t deal with the washroom. Not sure what to do. But I think I’ll pack up and go and deal with this in person. Brutal. Talked to lady on duty and she said she would take note of me not sleeping here. Hopefully I get my money back because this is terrible. There were no rooms available as they were sold out."

"Our flight was cancelled and we were struggling to find anything over Presidents’ Day weekend last min. In a haste we booked this hotel. If you have children do not stay here. We felt unsafe and could not leave the room. We were on the 1st floor with a slider to the parking lot which I hated and made me feel even more unsafe. The hallway smelled so bad like marijuana and there were people in the hall and outside being loud until we left at 3:30am for our rescheduled flight. When leaving at 3:30am, there was a car parked in the hashlines blocking the ramp to the parking lot, and we had to go that way bc the lobby was locked and no one was present. So we carried two children to the front and pushed the double stroller over the curb. The front desk woman then saw us and asked if we needed help through an outdoor window. I told her we were waiting for our Uber then told her about the car that was not in a spot. She looked and me like I was a complete moron and said ‘okkk………’, I simply said, If someone is in a wheelchair there’s absolutely no way for them to navigate the sidewalk and parking lot. She again looked at me like I was so stupid to bring this up to her and replaced the pool noodle that blocked the bottom part of the window so she couldn’t hear anyone. 2 upsides the room was recently renovated and the man who checked us in was very pleasant. But I would still reccomend to Stay away."

"Worst hotel I've been in pretty bad you go in and have to clean the toilet before you can use it cuz there's feces and hair. Look in the shower it's all covered in pull the comforter down in the bed and there's hair all. Tell the front desk maintenance brings Sheetz until you to change. Changed room hair in the shower. Staying on the new bed looks like a shoe print. Try to tell the front desk about the problems she told me I could have checked out if it was that bad. And no I couldn't have just checked out all the hotels close by were filled I was in town for the Pink concert and even if it was possible I was unable to get back to my hotel during the day because of all the roadblocks from the current events happening around the and I never had anybody tell me that I should have checked out and went somewhere else. For real is this the new customer service we have.Loud music all day and night from houses never by. Received one key, she never told me there was any extra fee she just said okay thank you after she rudely told me she didn't care about my about my issues get home and see that there's a charge for key. Unreal. What happened to the days that people actually listen to customer concerns and actually cared. Oh one last thing they offer free breakfast.... They didn't say anything about grab go breakfast on the website little misleading there.. in my opinion they should take that totally off because that is not a breakfast.I hope the manager does call me."

"I stayed here back in April, and what can I say this is worst "Best Western" I have ever seen. I normally associate best western with budget friendly but clean hotels. I often stay in them for this reason as I feel like you get great value in most of them. But this location is not an actual best western and feels like your getting conned by staying here. Horrible and scary location, I checked in and immediate left after seeing the disgusting room and felt like I would have been robbed if I had stayed till nighttime. The whole place smelled like mildew. The hallways were dark and filled with sketchy people. Hair in the shower, hair on the sheets, bugs in the bathroom. And the whole place was boiling. I read through many people reviews and noticed the owner responses to bad reviews and claims they are ex employees or cannot find their reservation. This is a common tactic the owner does when any disagrees with her or leaves a bad review. I guarantee you I am not an ex employee and did book a room there. If you don't believe feel free to stay and get ripped off in this horrible place."

"I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. For one, the landscaping is really great for the budget hotel, and there’s an abundance of really pretty plants!! The outdoor spaces are well tended and well loved, and that makes me happy. It’s beautiful. I love when people go above and beyond to create beauty! The room was clean, I appreciated the art in our room, and all of the staff were really awesome. There is a nice park a 5 minute walk away too which I enjoyed."
