Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando at Seaworld

"Was very angry that our room was not cleaned and no new towels after first night there. WS told you have to tell the hotel you want this and it’s written in key holder that no one reads when you get your keys. Front desk then said I had to bring my new towels up to our room and could bring the used towels down to them. WHO does that. Huge disappointment we ALWAYS stay at Hampton Inns. A very disappointed customer. Customer service zero"

"This hotel was very clean and up to date. The receptionist in morning were very welcoming. On the other hand, the evening employees were short and rude. We had to wait nearly 15 minutes to check in, not due to a line but due to the fact that the employee was MIA. After there was a line of 5+ families, he came out the back. He was very short with us. He told us so little that we did not know we were being charged 10 dollars a day for parking. He simply asked if we had a vehicle and then handed us parking pass. I honestly don't mind that we were charged, but the lack of respect and communication makes me not want to stay here in the future."

"I want to say thank you to the fantastic team at this location. I travel for work 60% of the time and our company uses the Hilton. I was a little unhappy that I checked-in on my app but upon my arrival I could not use of the app to access my room. Elisa was very kind and professional as she explained the reasons why the app doesn't work at this hotel. On my last day at the hotel, I had to check-out at 11 A.M. but had a video conference at noon and Madeline was very accommodating, allowing me to remain on the hotel premises and use one of their areas to have my meeting before heading back home. I am a corporate executive for a national company that values customer service. There is nothing greater that excellent customer service and Madeline and Elisa not only eliminated barriers, but delivered on the Hilton's brand promise and commitment to their guests of ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, cared for, valued, and respected. These two ladies embodied the Hilton culture and I want to make sure they know I see them. Thank you both!"

"This review is mostly to compliment Eliza on the front desk. Give that lady a raise! Fantastic customer service, made us feel seen and welcomed. Hotel was great, nice vibes and rooms. Good breakfast! We were stressed evacuating from hurricane Idalia- the hotel was a safe comfortable place."

"My family and I stayed here for two nights to visit Sea World. This is a fantastic location if you are visiting Sea World. They do provide a shuttle if you are interested in riding and not paying for parking at the park. However, we chose to walk there, and the walk was less than 10 minutes. Parking at this hotel is $10 per day. We stayed in a suite on the 4th floor. The room was very clean and had a lot of space!! There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The shower was our only major complaint about the room. The temperature never got warm enough for us. The breakfast was nice, and even though I don't tend to like the breakfast choices, it was still very clean, organized, and consistently serviced by the staff. The food appeared fresh, and the coffee was never empty. The pool appeared very well taken care of! The area looked prestine! We did not have time to swim, but we definitely would have if time allotted. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay here again. The front desk staff (specifically in the morning) could be more friendly, but the evening staff was very nice and helpful. We also would have liked if there was either 1 more laundry room or at least 2 washers/dryers."
