"Perfect getaway hotel, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. A soothing and relaxing environment, clean and neat setup. The receptionist, I forget his name starts with a D was incredibly accommodating and patient . He expressed to us the hotel had been renovated in 2020 and they take great pride in keeping a welcoming and safe place to reside . The room itself was lovely, the bed has firm and comfortable. It did not sink in and passed my personal inspection . The balcony is an added bonus to enjoy the fresh air . House keepers we encountered were kind and did a fantastic job with our room , tidy and crisp. Definitely coming back to this location . Not to mention how affordable the stay was $130ish . Great deal!"

"During my stay at this Orlando hotel, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the front desk and bar staff. Their attentiveness and friendliness made the overall experience truly enjoyable. The well-maintained and clean rooms added to the comfort of my stay, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While I had hoped to enjoy the heated pool, I encountered a setback with a locked gate. Despite this minor inconvenience, the positive aspects of the hotel, including the Black Cherry Old Fashioneds at the bar downstairs more than made up for it. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others seeking a pleasant and comfortable lodging experience in Orlando."

"unbelievable, housekeeping didn't even bother to check our room even after we asked them to clean our room before leaving the hotel in the morning... front desk was polite and rest of the hotel was nice, but major letdown on the service portion of our visit"

"Had a GREAT 5 day stay here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! We checked in on Thanksgiving day after a 5 hour delay at the airport , check in was easy and fast! Anna at the front desk was SUPER friendly, kind and Soooo helpful! The other front desk staff always had a smiling face and were just as helpful! The Bistro cafe crew were very welcoming every Mng and evening. The food is very good and the Starbucks coffee every morning was a plus!! The hotel and the rooms are big and modern! This is a perfect place for those that don’t want to be downtown with all the traffic and Disney drama but still want to be 30 mins away from the airport and outlet shopping! We will be back!! We found a gem here!! And you will too! A++***"
