But if you need any chemical to let you forget your life. This place is perfect."

"So here is my issue with this location. So basically I didn’t stay because the room was horrible. First room mold and a bad smell and a bullet hole in the window. Second room tv going in and out plugs not working. It does not stop there I asked for a refund Friday. Last Friday 1/12/24. Ok the refund was supposedly put back on Tuesday. Then I asked to speak to the manager and I get told he is not there and it’s a system issue. I called today I get told the same thing. I called corporate and they till corporate it’s up to her bank lying. Moral of the story DONT STAY AT THIS PIECE OF CRAP HOTEL. I never had an issue with the Wesley chapel location in Tampa fl. At all so try them but don’t go here. And guess what everyone having the same issue how sway. And if you see good reviews welp we see why they either addicts or etc"

"Me and my boyfriend got a room there and checked in around 11pm. The customer service that night was fine. We got in the room and immediately got hit with a foul smell. We decided to go back and run to the store for air freshener and get our bags. When we got back to the room I decided to take a shower. I opened the curtain and the shower had hair in it. I decided to just rinse it out and I grabbed a towel and there was also hair on the towel. I then decided to not shower because that was gross. I went to the bed and moved the blanket back and there was hair on the blanket as well. I checked under the mattress after that like I always do in hotels. It was disgusting. There was dog hair and roaches all over the bed frame. I killed about 15 roaches just from that. Oh and not to mention the floors were sticky. I was not satisfied and we decided to leave after those events after I went ahead and stripped the bed like I always do for the cleaners. We weren’t sure what to do because the lobby was closed. We left and stayed somewhere else and I came back the next morning to drop off the keys and talk to someone about a refund. She was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I was mentioning my concerns with the room. She then told me to come back that afternoon and I did along with my boyfriend. We stood there for 30 minutes talking to the manager for him to do nothing about it. He brushed off the fact that the room was nasty. He told us he needed to talk to the lady from that morning to see if I was basically telling him the truth about what I had seen. But of course they won’t admit to that because they would loose service. So I’m telling anyone who reads this that unless you are comfortable sleeping in a roach infested and dirty place then you should find somewhere else to stay. I was completely unsatisfied and will never book a room at this hotel again. The customer service sucked as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. Also I really wish I would’ve taken photos to prove it to everyone but I didn’t."
