"We were there for the cheerleading event and it was just down the street but due to the traffic it took forever to get anywhere. The traffic in that area has outgrown the roads and it took us three times to get through one light. But in all fairness, every road including I-4 is like a parking lot. Next time we may stay in the park and use the park transportation. The rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly."

"Currently staying here. The room is nice and clean. No problem at all with that. Workers seem pleasant too. However, they DO NOT include parking or any kind of breakfast. Parking is $26+ a night. I was told that I should have booked through Priceline because parking is discounted or free. Apperently better deals through third party sites than the Marriott site. Honestly, I was giving Marriott another try. I travel a lot every year, should have booked the Embassy Suites behind, at least they have free breakfast and it's good. Also, their wifi says it's insecure."

"I've been to this location a few times and the last time was an absolute nightmare. So on a positive side- the rooms are clean, you can use the amenities at the hotel next door as well. Nice rooms. Negative- the last time I went, there was a huge puddle under the AC. The guy came to fix it and asked us if we can leave for a few hours to temporarily fix it until the next day. I literally just checked in after such long travel and was asked to leave. I asked for another room, same Layout or similar. This room had no door or anything to separate the bathroom, super old shower curtains, it was disgusting to look at. I told the front desk I need a different room primarily because theres no privacy for the restroom. Now through all this room changes we have to take all these bags back and forth, no assistance at all. They gave me another room. This was very inconvenient because at this point the rooms were so different. Theres absolutely no way the 2nd room shouldve been an option. Now when I left and came home a few days later I realized my card was charged almost $200 extra. I called and they gave me the run around for about 2 weeks telling me to call back. Instead of credited for the inconvenience they charged extra which is so insane to me and when I called to rectify the situation it was such a hassle. Also, the last room we were in, the TV didn't work half the time we were there."

"I loved this spot. The room was very clean the view was gorgeous the only thing I wasn't a fan of was the customer service. One of the workers especially. I travel often & was wanting to know the charges on the parking but she said she didn't know how much it was going to be which is not normal. She didn't have a certain amount of how much the parking was daily. That it could change. I thought that was weird. Over all I loved the place. It was close to universal studios which is the reason of our trip so that was convenient. Its close to everything else in Orlando as well. They also help with transportation to Disney. They have a lot of deals that they can help with. The room was roomy & clean. The bed was super soft & comfortable. The shower has it separate room along with the toilet. The TV had a couple streaming services available to you. I requested a room clean which I had to do twice cause the 1st lady we had asked never did it for us. They did after all come & clean it up & gave us all new towels. They have a inside bar they have a pool table where you can eat & play. They have a gym & a outside swimming pool. I really liked the environment & I will for sure keep this place in mind. It wasn't expensive I felt it was reasonable for the amount of days i was there."
