"Check in was easy and quick. We had spoken to Hilton about switching our room to a tower room instead of a villa which they confirmed they would do for us and when we arrived they wouldn’t move us. The villa rooms are very outdated. The shower smelt awful of mildew. Room had a musty smell to it. We also had requested an infant crib when we booked, we confirmed at the front desk when we checked in. We went exploring and came back at 9pm with no crib in the room. We call and it takes them an additional HOUR to get the crib. $30 a day to park too?! That’s outrageous. Now the good. Breakfast staff was very friendly and food was decent. Nothing special but it wasn’t bad. All the staff we encountered were nice. Hotel is in a good location with a lot to do. Overall would NOT book this again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel."

"I must say I usually don't stay at places that charge for parking but the complimentary breakfast they offer was well worth the parking price! Wow! It was fresh and delicious! Rooms are older but clean, parking was gated and only a quick 15 minute drive to Disney! Great place! I'll be coming back!"

"This place was gross! We stayed from 2/17-2/20 and were switched rooms 3 different times! The rooms are very outdated smell and their cleaners do NOT know how to clean! My husband booked this trip for my birthday. First of all 30 bucks a day to park! Insane! I am attaching pictures for you all to see how nasty this place was! Do not go here because if your stay is gross they will compensate VERY little! I will let everyone know this is not the place to stay… enjoy these gross pictures everyone!"

"Absolutely filthy and disgusting experience. I checked in and was directed to a room at first. I went in and there was no WiFi. I called the front desk and they said they would send a tech to my room. 30 minutes later, no response. I walked to the front desk, mind you this is a villa-style hotel so it’s about a half a mile walk from your room to the front desk, and told them about my issue. They again said they would send a technician over. 30 more minutes pass, no response. By this time, I go to the front desk again and let them know what is happening. This time they offer to change the room. Okay then! The room was, to put it mildly, FILTHY. It had the dirtiest carpet I had ever seen, stocked with very few towels, and the fixings in the room made it seem like they hadn’t been changed since the 1970s. Everything in the room smelled of mold and mildew, there was even a chair that was slightly damp to the touch. The amenities in the washroom were empty. There was no shower gel. I requested room service to send shower gel, they came to the room with EVERYTHING but shower gel. They apologized and said they would be back with the shower gel, but that showed up the next day. And once again, I cannot reiterate how dirty the carpet was. Do yourself a favor and please put your hard-earned money somewhere else. This establishment should honestly stop operating. It is a sham at best and a scam at worst. P.S.: Insanely rude people at the front desk as well."

"This by FAR is the WORST MOTEL(not a hotel) I have EVER been in. How dare you charge resort prices for a MOTEL!?! R Hotel staff were outside talking and we could hear the conversation as if they were in the room. Not only was I charged a resort fee, and parking ( in which there was none), I woke up to find an extra $60 charge the next morning. The plan was to stay until Monday but all the red flags.. we will leave as soon as my spouse wakes up. Rooms smell like mold, water won't stay in the shower and leaks ALL over the bathroom. The ac rattles and shakes so it wakes you up EVERY TIME it comes on. This rant hardly scratches the surface. Long story short, DO NOT stay here! Please take your hard earned money and find better. If you don't you will remember this review and wish you had"
