"The male salesperson (I think he is the owner) is incredibly pushy and rude. I went in looking for a specific style of shoe and he told me that he no longer carries that brand because they “dropped in quality and no longer stand behind their product.” This is a brand I’ve been wearing for 10+ years so I shrugged it off, thanked him for his time and moved on. As I was leaving the mall, he suddenly stopped me (I think he was waiting outside the store for me to walk by again) and said that he noticed my ankle is swollen and that’s obviously because I’m wearing the wrong shoes (I just started walking again after a major knee surgery, so yeah, it’s swollen) and the shoes I wanted are no good for me because they have no support and he is a foot specialist (???). He spent so much time talking so poorly about the brand of shoes I wanted, and he tried to get me to go back into the store so he could examine my feet. If I could’ve run out of the mall, I would have. No chance of me going back there."
