"My husband and I purchased 5 pairs of shoes for Christmas at the Wellington journey kids as gifts for our children. My 22 daughter was charged to exchange the pair we bought her which was one size small. When speaking with the alleged store manager, Ross, she was rude to my daughter when she questioned why she has to pay $16 more. Ross didn’t care if we returned all five pairs, she said this is her district managers rule and it doesn’t have to be written on the receipt. She gave me a bogus email for the District manager. I did get a phone number for Ann Sanders, left a message, and still haven’t received a call back. It’s been over a week. My issue here is, I keep all receipts to make it easy for the retailer and all we wanted was an even exchange for the same style and color shoe the day after Christmas. This business has poor management controls and don’t seem to care about the customer."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The management here is disgusting and deplorable. The unfair treatment of employees especially in front of other staff and customers is terrible. Just because you're management doesn't mean you have to be a bully to your employees. I don't see how a company like this would employ a person as a district manager with no management skills at all. A title means nothing If your work ethic doesn't represent the rank you attained. The level of indecency and incompetence from this district manager Valerie and her co manager Jackie is ridiculous. Fire them asap. You might as well let brute Wolves run this store. No wonder there's new people there everytime I go. That high turnover rate is due to the lack of serious action taken for the abuse that employees continously go through under Valerie and Jackie's lackluster management. When is it ok for a grown adult to bully teenagers/ young adults."

"Amazing customer service and products! I was giving up on shopping for the day Bc other stores were so rude, but the worker that helped me today was so nice. I didn’t catch her name but she had brunette hair and a nose piercing. She definitely deserves a raise!"

"0/10 do not recommend going nor working at this store. Had a friend work there and have terrible service during their employment! The manager (Val) is very rude, selfish, and not understanding at all! My friend had Covid-19 and had to quarantine for 10 days and after those 10 days she was constantly in and out of the hospital with life threatening symptoms and the manager (who seems to not care about her employees) wrote her up for not showing up to work .. absolutely ridiculous! This service should not be allowed or tolerated considering this is the MANAGER of a public place! Having teens work for you is not only a learning moment for them but also a time stone in these kids’ lives, and getting mistreated and abused in multiple ways by someone with the title “manager” is not appropriate or acceptable. This needs to be stopped!"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE! I understand that the whole pandemic is going on but RUDENESS is so uncalled for. I was there with my friend looking for a shoe for her son and unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. The Sales clerk which I won’t say a name said we don’t have and and it’s not for sale anymore then proceeded to say GET OVER IT ?!?!? EXCUSE ME. That was not only necessary but overall worst customer service. Teach your employees that they still need to care about customers. No matter what your still getting paid you are not there to help anyone for free."
