"I asked an employee specifically which shoes were included in the BOGO 50% off sale. I chose the correct ones based off what the employee showed me. At the cash register a different employee checked me out and advised that the shoes I chose were not included in the BOGO sale. I informed the cashier that the other employee said these were included,, but no worries I’ll buy both at full price. The cashier kept going on explaining the BOGO sale to me even after I already told her nicely that it’s not a problem and I’m still buying both pairs of shoes. Instead of educating me on the BOGO sale she should educate the other employees at the store. I’m not bothered at the employee who showed me the wrong shoes, she was very nice and mistakes happen. I’m bothered by the cashier (assoc 023633 shown on receipt)."
"Went in to purchase a pair of hey dude shoes for my husband (white ones) they only had one pair in his side that we really liked…. They were dirty on one show in the back… brought it to the register to show the cashier, she called her supervisor George…. He went to the back to clean them one time… brought them back and they were still dirty… he came back up and took it to the back yet again to clean it… still dirty I asked if we could just take them and maybe have a 10-20% discount… he stated no and he would go try and clean again… at that point we had been waiting for over 30 minutes…got frustrated and left …. They would rather lose the sale then give a discount… we made our purchase elsewhere…. Would not recommend this store with rude George as a supervisor"
