"Visited this past weekend. Plenty of shoes and styles to choose from, along with other clothing items. I identified several pairs of shoes that I'd want to purchase later; however, the exact brand that I wanted wasn't sold at this outlet - rather sold at another retailer who carries the brand. Staff was great and ensured all my inquiries were addressed and my overall experience was satisfactory."
"UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE LET THEM ORDER ANYTHING FOR YOU!!!! It is a NIGHTMARE to get resolved if you must do an exchange or return. Ordered a pair of shoes at the store. They came in, were too big. Exchanged, they were then too small. Decided to just get a refund. Two months later......still waiting....."

"Visited the store on 11/22/22 at 10 a.m. when the posted hours said the store opened. It’s now 10:15 a.m. and the store still isn’t open nor is anyone answering the phone. That’s definitely not how a retail chain store in a mall should operate! Especially during this time of year when people are doing their holiday shopping and ready to spend some money!"
"The staff here has always been very helpful, great shoes, great clothes, nice selection. On a recent visit, they had an excellent sale on women's shoes and while my wife was looking I asked about a shirt I'd bought there that happened to be my favorite. It'd been stained by my son recently beyond repair, but it had been so long since I'd bought it, I figured there was no way they'd have it anymore. I mentioned it to the salesman, and he looked up my purchase but they didn't have any. However, he found several stores with one remaining in stock. I asked him to order 4 in whatever colors they had in my size. They were on a great closeout price. He didn't make me stick around while he called to check inventory, I just paid and he promised to refund if something went wrong. In less than a week, they began arriving at my house from all over the country. Five star service and great prices on great products. What more can you ask for? It's always on my list when I visit Tampa."
